A Message from Amy L. Kretser, Executive Director

North Country Association for the Visually Impaired

In 2015, NCAVI will celebrate 26 years of serving consumers with vision impairments living in Clinton, Essex, Franklin and St. Lawrence Counties. The NCAVI team is dedicated to our mission and is ready to help today. If you or someone you know has experienced vision loss, or if you have questions about vision loss and services available, we can help.

NCAVI provides guidance, low vision exams and training to foster independence and personal growth to people who are blind, legally blind and visually impaired. In order to maintain personal independence, we offer one-on-one learning techniques at your home or business. Services are provided free of charge to blind and legally blind persons of all ages. Please feel free to call or e-mail us to receive information today.
